Beyond the Surface
What drives a competitive swimmer from Belarus to become a Russian Interview Specialist at one of the most innovative platforms mapping global influence? The answer lies in understanding that patterns of excellence translate across domains.
At 8 years old in Mozyr, I discovered that success isn't about natural talentβit's about systematic improvement, strategic thinking, and relentless execution. These principles that made me a swimming champion now fuel my role at Trajecta, where I conduct interviews with influential people to map professional trajectories worldwide.
The Evolution
Foundation in Excellence
Mozyr, Belarus β Born in the Gomel region, began competitive swimming at age 8. Attended School No. 9 where I learned that discipline and strategic thinking are the foundations of any significant achievement. Swimming taught me that success comes from consistent daily improvement, not sporadic effort.
Leadership & Technical Discovery
Young Firefighters Club β Joined the local firefighters club, where I first discovered my natural inclination toward leadership and problem-solving under pressure. Simultaneously began learning C++ programming, fascinated by the logical thinking patterns that mirrored the strategic approach I'd developed in competitive swimming.
Entrepreneurial Emergence
BSTU, Minsk β Enrolled at Belarusian State Technological University, where I expanded from C++ into comprehensive front-end development and Telegram bot creation. Launched my first commercial project "ik.fix.us" for home appliance repair, proving that technical skills combined with business acumen can create real value.
Professional Recognition
Trajecta Team & Beyond β Joined Trajecta as Russian Interview Specialist, leveraging my communication skills and systematic thinking to conduct interviews with high-profile individuals. Currently expanding expertise through boxing training (mental toughness), while building toward the $1M goal before 30 and establishing connections with industry leaders.
The Philosophy Behind Excellence
Systems Thinking
Every challenge, from swimming competitions to conducting interviews with billionaires, requires systematic approaches. I don't believe in luckβI believe in creating systems that consistently produce results.
Flow State Mastery
Swimming taught me to find flow states where peak performance becomes natural. This translates directly to interviews, where I create environments where subjects feel comfortable sharing deep insights.
Connection Mapping
Success is rarely individual. Understanding how influence flows between people, how ideas spread, and how networks formβthis insight drives both my interview approach and contribution to Trajecta's mission.
Execution Velocity
Ideas without execution are worthless. My competitive background instilled relentless execution habitsβwhen I see an opportunity for a meaningful interview, I move fast and prepare thoroughly.

Stagnation is death in competitive environments. I constantly upgrade my interview skills, expand my network, and refine my approach based on feedback from each conversation.
